High temperature paint for silver aluminum motorcycle and car exhausts
- Resists up to 650 degrees Celsius

- It must be cooked at 200 degrees centigrade for a few minutes for it to harden properly
- Adheres directly to all metals as long as they are dry sanded with 600/800 abrasive

Application
1 We sand the drains and remove impurities
2 We clean with our wrinkle aircraft degreaser for metals
3 Shake the spray or can of liquid paint.
4 We apply a light hand or two and wait 15 minutes
5 We apply a thicker coat but without exaggerating and wait 20 minutes
6 We apply the second coat more intense but always without exaggerating
7 If we have covered everything well, otherwise we apply another coat after 20 minutes
8 Let it dry at room temperature for 12 hours
9 Using a heat gun or a model oven such as the kitchen one, bring it to 200 degrees and cook
10 You will see smoke coming from the paint surface and this is perfectly normal as it is curing
11 When you have heated up for 15 minutes, stop and wait another 12 hours
12 Now we can mount the exhaust delicately because the paint is not yet at its maximum strength
13 We start the engine and wait 15 minutes, you will probably see more smoke coming out and it is normal
14 You can now use your motorcycle
